JERSEY AND SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES BETWEEN 30 AND 40 PERCENT COMBINED
WITH NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING UP TO 30 MPH AND VERY LOW FUEL
MOISTURE WILL CREATE AN ENHANCED FIRE WEATHER THREAT THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON.
